Ah, my "eventful" life... getting fired really puts things in perspective. Sure enough, I'm on the job hunt once more- my new 11am-5pm chore pays didly squat, waists a lotta gas, and involves a lotta paperwork. Dreamy. Still, gotta keep prayin' and chuggin' away, and maybe find me something better to grind at.
Speaking of grinds...
Call it blasphemy, hypocrisy, whatever, but during my DevArt hiatus, I've discovered that distant world called Azeroth, and several thousand of its eclectic inhabitants. Sure enough, I'm playing World of Warcraft, and it is glorious. The artwork ranges from run-of-the-mill to jaw-dropping, the scale of the world and its various landmarks is indescribable, the gameplay itself is fun and deep, with plenty of variety, and the player-base is awesome, be you chatting with them in the cities or rushing the opposing faction in a battleground.
Over a course of several months, I've forged my first level 70- a Night Elf hunter on the Shu'halo server by the name of Zephuros- and oddly enough, when the leveling ends, the real fun begins- tweaking gear, exploring dungeons and prepping for raids, beating the snot out of the Horde... add in the fact that you can make nine different characters per server and you have a game that lasts and lasts. And the expansion hits in November. Quite busy I will be.
Between the art, the lore, and my personal adventures and experiences, there's plenty of material for possible fan fiction, even on a non-RP server. And of course, I have screenshots galore to make art out of... might even be enough to convince me to get the old artpad out again.
And again, hello to all I haven't said hello to in a while! Sorry if I clear my inboxes using the nuclear method, but the list totals are in the hundreds and sorting it all out would drive me nuttier than I already am...

Gin bids you welcome.
Haven't you ever wondered what it's like to tear the wings off those social 'butterflies' in high school. It's quite invigorating.
"Wait, you just called my closet dirty, didn't you?!"
Good to see you're still about!

As long as you keep moving with school, work, or military, you won't end up a complete deadbeat
